Sarah Coventry introduced the Pearl of the Sea in 1956. These earrings are realistic clam shells of textured silver-tone metal with an antiqued look. Each shell holds a large lustrous faux pearl. The clip-on earrings have paddle-back clips. They measure approximately 1”  x  7/8”. These earrings are not marked but can be found in Sarah Coventry research books. They are in excellent vintage condition.
