This 14k gold brooch (circa 1910) features a spider with two demantoid garnet eyes and ruby and diamond accents. The brooch bears the makers mark for the renowned Riker Brothers Co. of Newark, NJ on the reverse of one of the legs.

The piece measures 1.1 inches by 1.2 inches wide, and it weighs 5.83 grams. It is in great condition; however, the c-catch is likely a later replacement.
