* Returns & Shipping 1. Everything is handcrafted made-to-order so please look at handling time / delivery date carefully. 2. Order cancellations are not possible after 24 hours of placing order. After 24 hours there will be 20% restocking fee. 3. Returns are acceptable but there will be 20% restocking fee for all orders. Custom orders are subject to 50% restocking fee. 4. All orders placed within USA are shipped from NY, USA only. Orders from other countries will be shipped from other country warehouse for faster delivery either Hong Kong or India. 5.
